Girl In A Fat Suit

Well its day one today. The start of my new life. How have I been living this way for the last 15 years I ask myself. Eating myself to a early death at the mere age of 35. Out with the icecream and in with the stir frys and re educating myself on something that will be a life long journey. We can all give so many excuses and blame everyone else but at the end of the day its what I put into my mouth that makes all the difference.....Wish me luck!
